OUR INDIGENOUS TOUR GUIDES

Since 2008, the travel agency Wiwa Tour, operated by indigenous Wiwa of the Sierra Nevada from Santa Marta, has been created for the first time in Santa Marta. They offer their tourist services with indigenous guidance, a novel way of sustainable work for the indigenous communities, which unlike other travel agencies, we help directly with the contribution and local economic development, where these destinations are operated.

Our indigenous guides stand out for having their own and ancestral perspective of the Sierra Nevada and sacred sites (archaeological), which are part of the origin and legacy that has passed from generation to generation, through the spiritual leaders who still preserve all these customs and traditions that go hand in hand with nature.

The main objective of our guides, is to give tourists a teaching about the protection of the environment, our ecosystems and biodiversity in flora and fauna, so that the visitor gets a clear idea of the customs and thoughts of the indigenous people who inhabit this irreplaceable place in the world (Sierra Nevada from Santa Marta).

Meet our indigenous guides, who will take you to know the magical and ancestral places.
